How is Chou La La different from traditional shopping?

With Chou La La, dressing your child has never been made easier. Each wardrobe in a box contains all the essentials you will need for the season with a twist ... our pieces have been purposely handpicked to mix and match into a multitude of stylish of outfits. 

How is Chou La La different from other boxed services?

Chou La La is not a stylist service. There are no questionnaires to fill, no follow up phone calls, no wait and no surprises to your delivery. You simply select from one of our essentials boxes, customize it and voila you have a wardrobe for your little one that is on trend and mixes and matches into a multitude of outfits ... all delivered right to your front door.

Who is Chou La La for?

Our collection lines are made for children aged 2 to 8 years old for both boys and girls.

How does it work?

Simply go to our collections page and select from the collection box that best suits your taste and customize it with suggested pieces. You can request your next box any time, no subscriptions, no commitments ... your budget and style!

How will I know what the outfit combinations will be?

In each of your delivered wardrobes in a box you will receive a full color Outfit Builder Guide that identifies each of the outfit combinations so that you can refer to them when you need to.

How much does it cost?

We carry a wide selection of quality children’s clothing to meet almost all budgets and styles for high quality on trend fashion for kids.

What type of items will you send me?

Every collection line is unique and hand selected for various tastes and styles. We put a lot of thought and care into not only the look of each piece but also how it’s made. In each collection line, you will find a handful of tops and bottoms that include outerwear. Our goal with each item is to always maximize its use so that it can be mixed and matched with as many other items to create that as many winning outfit combinations for you.

What brands do you carry?

We carry a wide range of brands that span the globe. Some are well known and others are from independent international designers. Our goal when partnering up with brands is to ensure they meet high quality standards that include being socially responsible in how the garments are made.

How often can I expect to receive items?

You can request a box any time—whether it’s for a special occasion, back to school or whenever life gets too hectic to think about your little ones' wardrobe needs. 

How does your sizing work?

The brands we work with use standard children’s sizing.  

What if my box is the wrong size for my little one?

Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. That is why we are happy to exchange the box you received for the right size for your little one. In each of our welcome boxes we include a measuring tape to assist you in determining your little one’s size. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to aid you in finding the right sized box. 


When will my credit card be charged?

When you enter your credit card information upon completing checkout, your credit card will be charged.

Returns & Exchanges

How do returns & exchanges work?

Customer satisfaction is a core tenet of Chou La La's experience. That is why if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Chou La La will gladly authorize an exchange or refund of the purchase once we receive the items back. Returns and Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order by email to Please specify your order number. All tags and labels must be attached as was received. How does shipping work?

For our Canadian customers shipping is FREE for orders over $100. We ship via UPS Canada across all of Canada. 

For our US customers shipping is FREE for orders over $100. We ship via UPS across all of the US.
